Neill is a disciplined, resourceful, self-motivated and performance driven individual with extensive knowledge and experience in commercial and contract catering at both unit and area management level. Neill’s strong business acumen and commercial awareness coupled with his effective sales skills has allowed him to “hit the ground running” in hospitality recruitment.
In Neill’s 7 years with Aston he has played a crucial role in developing and growing the business. Neill works with great integrity and honesty forming trust based partnerships with clients creating long term relationships.
An expert at recruiting relief chefs for short and long term bookings across Scotland and the North of England, Nik lives and breathes food.
With over 25 years in the catering, hospitality and recruitment sectors Nik started work at his local chip shop at the age of 15 where he first got the buzz of the industry. Since then he spent five years growing and opening many flagship restaurants for Mitchells and Butlers as well managing a local independent restaurant and a small group of food led pubs. In 2004 he moved into chef recruitment.
Since relocating to Scotland in 2010 Nik has taken his experience from managing his multi award winning teams and used it to build and develop a busy and growing temporary chef recruitment business.
Previous to joining Aston Debbie was a Leisure and Spa Manager working in the high end hotel sector for Gleneagles and Macdonald Hotels.
Debbie brings with her a real understanding of the market and offers a service that is unique to the Scottish market place.
Debbie has worked for Aston for 5 years and demonstrates a real passion for the industry and has an understanding of the needs of a candidate and client.
Mark Rawlings Lloyd
For the past 30 years Mark has had a career spanning a number of quality properties both in the corporate and private sector, covering all aspects of working within and managing hotels. A consummate professional, with an intimate knowledge of all the roles required to operate within the hospitality industry.
Prior to joining Aston Recruitment Mark was a highly experienced Hospitality individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service.
Having held senior management positions in the International luxury boutique market for over a decade, Mark has honed his skills on delivering exceptional service as well as providing a work environment that will deliver consistently high standards.
This knowledge in the market place is invaluable in allowing Mark to understand, identify, and source the correct caliber of person for a specific role.
